Thanks to our marvellous volunteers, we have just completed our best ever harvest. We picked a total of 3.8T with excellent sugar levels and acidity. Below is an image of the Chardonnay to give you an idea of the quality
As ever, this would not have been possible without the tremendous assistance of local volunteers to whom we are especially endebted.
But now the focus turns to the winery where the grape juice is already in tanks and now bubbling away. We will bottle next June/July and then store the bottles for 3 years before disgorging them, ready for drinking in May 2027!
